As a native of Matthews, Mandi Little has watched the greater Charlotte area grow from a sleepy mid-sized city to emerge as a world class metropolis. She is actively involved in the Matthews Chamber of Commerce and keeps pace with the planning and development aspect of local government.
This understanding of where the area began, and where it is going, provides her a unique perspective in helping clients find the “right” location for their new residence and how to effectively market their listing for top dollar when it is time to sell.

Mandi attended Wake Forest University/UNC-Charlotte and holds aB.A. in Philosophy with a minor in Psychology. She puts those analytical skills to work in Real Estate by negotiating wisely for her clients and easily understanding their motivations, wants and needs when it comes to real estate. Her clients are the heart of every transaction.
A business owner of two successful dance studios for over 20 years, Mandi loves any theatrical pursuit, enjoys spending time coaching high school dance teams and volunteering with a Matthews area afterschool program teaching dance and tutoring.
When not involved in real estate endeavors, Mandi is most likely organizing for efficiency, watching FBI TV dramas, or reading (philosophical fiction novels are her favorite).
